Policies

Students are required to take an English Proficiency test as a part of the Admissions Process. Students who require English as an Additional Language (EAL) Support as determined by the Learning Support Department will be billed for this added layer of support. EAL students are assessed at the end of the year to re-evaluate their academic progress.

There is a 10 business day grace period to make late payments. After the grace period, a 0.2% interest charge per day is applied. A student’s academic records will be withheld and studies may cease if the tuition remains unpaid 20 days after the published deadline. In the event of non-payment, the school has the right to refuse to accept the child into the school and withhold the school report of student.

If a student is enrolled after the start of Semester 1, the tuition fees for the remainder of the academic year have to be paid in advance according to the table below:

In the event of a student withdrawal, a written Withdrawal Notification must be submitted to Admissions Office at least 60 working days before the student’s last day at the school. This ensures the refund policy is practiced and applicable school reports are issued. A refund of tuition fee is applied for Annual Tuition Payment only. The school will refund a percentage of the Annual Tuition Fee based on the refund rates and dates from the “Withdrawal and Refund Section”.

In the event that a Parent/Guardian wishes to terminate Bus or Lunch service, a written notice must be submitted to the school 5 working days prior to the last day on which the student uses the services.

A refund is only applicable to the annual payment option.

Report or transcript is provided free in a year. 150,000 VND is payable for each additional copy of Report. 250,000 VND is payable for each additional copy of Transcript and 500,000VND is for each additional Diploma.

Tuition and fees are payable before the student commences (or returns to) school. All tuition and fees are invoiced in VND and are payable in VND unless the payment originates outside of Vietnam, in which case a USD bank transfer is acceptable at the prevailing bank exchange rate. Parents are responsible for the payment of the school fees within the deadlines stated in the payment statement (invoice).

All school fees are preferably paid by bank transfer. For cash payments or credit card payments, please pre-arrange with the Accounting Department. Parents are liable for all bank changes related to bank transfer or credit card payments. Documentary proof of payment by bank transfer must be provided to the school.
