Advanced Placement Program
Advanced Placement Program (AP) designed and administered by the College Board (the U.S.) enables students to talk university-level courses and exams while they’re still in secondary school. It’s recognized by universities worldwide. Through AP courses, and see many sides of an issue - skills that prepare them for college and beyond.
AP Exam
Advanced Placement is an internationally recognized curricular program with 38 university-level courses, each culminating in a rigorous, standardized exam across seven disciplines.

Student Testing
NWEA: Measure of Academic Progress (MAP)
Students in grades K–10 are assessed twice a year, in fall and spring, to track academic growth. Reports are shared with parents at the end of the first and fourth quarters.
Design & Assessment (WIDA)
Every potential TAS student is given a WIDA test to assess their level of English language development.
Pre-Scholastic Aptitude Test (PSAT)
Students in grade 10 are given the opportunity to experience a college-level exam in preparation for the college application process.

Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT)
Twice during the school year TAS serves as city-wide SAT testing center. Grade 11 and 12 students from Ho Chi Minh City and the surrounding areas have the opportunity to take the exam as a means for college acceptance.
